What does it include? Participants will be immersed in a three-hour experiential workshop on Project Management. Participants can expect to learn about project management methodologies and ways to ensure success in delivering a business need.

When will it take place?  13:00 to 16:00

Who is this for? This session is primarily for middle, operational and departmental managers who are looking to gain a better understanding of Project Management. We will also be holding an alternative session at 9:00 for aspiring leaders or individuals without management experience – contact us for more information.
